How far along: 38 weeks (4 days); blogger has been down everytime I tried to do this.

Total Weight Gain: Around 25 pounds.

How big is baby: 18.9-20.9 inches, 6.2-9.2 pounds; about the size of a watermelon (according to the bump).
Maternity Clothes: My maternity dresses (from Target) are my most comfortable clothes right now. You can catch me wearing them at least once if not twice a week.

Stretch Marks: None on the belly still although I'm not holding my breath!

Sleep: Not much here the last couple of weeks.

Best moment this week: Finding out that I've started making some progress.

Movement: He's still moving around a good little bit! I can tell he's dropped some though because he's not up in my ribs moving around like he has been the last month or so.

Food Cravings: Ice cream!

Labor Signs: According to my Dr, I've made some progress. I'm 2cm dilated and 50% effaced.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but you can see it's starting to pop out through some of my clothes.

What I miss: I miss being able to get comfortable and sleeping throught the night.

What am I looking forward to: Looking forward to celebrating my one year wedding anniversary this weekend :).

Milestones: "The last bits of vernix caseosa (the white goo keeping baby's skin moist) and lanugo (downy hair) are slowly shedding into your amniotic fluid. Baby's head is about the same circumference as his abdomen, and his head could be covered in an inch or so of hair." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 37 weeks (6 days); blogger has been down everytime I tried to do this.

Total Weight Gain: Around 20 pounds.

Sleep: Non-existent it seems, althogh I'm resting enough to work my normal schedule.

Best moment this week: This is a tough one...

Movement: He's still moving around a good little bit! I can tell he's dropped some though because he's not up in my ribs moving around like he has been the last month or so.

Food Cravings: Ice cream!

Labor Signs: No real labor signs just yet.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but you can see it's starting to pop out through some of my clothes.

What I miss: I miss being able to get comfortable and sleeping throught the night.

What am I looking forward to: Certainly looking forward to having a baby to hold in my arms instead of toting himaround in my belly.

Milestones: "Your full-term (yay!) baby is gaining about 1/2 ounce a day and getting his first sticky poop (called meconium) ready. He's also brushing up on skills for the outside world: blinking, sucking, inhaling, exhaling, and gripping (it's getting strong!)." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 36 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Going on 15-20 pounds. I've really packed on the weight here the last few months.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew (according to the bump). My Dr is guessing he's around 7 lbs at this point.

Maternity Clothes: My maternity dresses (from Target) are my most comfortable clothes right now. You can catch me wearing them at least once if not twice a week now.

Stretch Marks: None on the belly!

Sleep: I get the best sleep when the hubs is at work and I get the entire bed to toss/turn/roll around in throughout the night.
Best moment this week: Finding out from my Dr that I've been having some contractions and that my cervix is starting to thin out.

Movement: Like crazy and he's still mostly moving up in/around my ribs!

Food Cravings: Ice Cream & honeydew melon (funny since that's what thebump compares his size too right now).

Labor Signs: Braxton Hicks contractions (although they aren't really labor signs) are being felt often and according to the Dr my cervix is starting to thin out which eventually leads me to labor.

Belly button in or out: Still barely an innie.

What I miss: Sleep and a back that doesn't ache so badly.

What am I looking forward to: Having this little boy on the outside of my body instead of on the inside.

Milestones: "Baby's skin is getting smooth and soft, her gums are rigid, her liver and kidneys are in working order, and her circulation and immune system are basically good to go. Her lungs are the only organs that still need to fully mature, but every day she gets a little closer to breathing on her own." (from thebump.com)

A picture to come later (hopefully).

How far along: 35 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to ask/look at my chart at my appointment Friday.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Still wearing mostly my normal clothes. I've purchased two maternity dresses from Target that are my most comfortable wardrobe pieces that I would live in if I could.

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it to the end.

Sleep: I still sleep (on most of the bed) OK with my body pillow. My husband is not complaining one bit about me taking up the majority of the bed with my big belly and all my pillows; he's a trooper!

Best moment this week: I have my 36-wk appointment on Friday...looking forward to what they tell me.

Movement: I don't think he ever stops moving. his favorite place = my ribs! :)

Food Cravings: ICE CREAM. Plain vanilla please & preferably in a waffle cone!

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: I'm hoping to keep it as an innie until the end, but it's so close to becoming an outtie, I'm not really keeping my hopes up.

What I miss: Sleep.

What am I looking forward to: Still waiting on the crib & for the hubs to put shelves up in Jackson's closet so I can start putting away all the clothes I've been washing.

Milestones: "From now on, baby's growth is mostly in the plumping up department -- though he won't get much longer, he'll put on a pound or more of baby fat before birth. (He's about 15 percent right now and will be about 30 percent by full-term.) His hearing is totally developed (tip: baby responds best to higher pitches), and if he really is a "he," his testes have probably completed their descent." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 34 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Haven't been keeping track here closer to the end.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Still wearing mostly my regular clothes (shirts at least) and I've started wearing my maternity pants weekly now (along with my regular pants that I keep waiting to get too small).

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it the other 6 weeks without getting any ::fingers crossed::.

Sleep: My body pillow still seems to be helping with my sleep.

Best moment this week: Nothing great stands out so far this week.

Movement: All the time & mostly in my ribs.

Food Cravings: Craving me some ice cream now that the weather is getting warmer as well as still wanting fresh fruit.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but probably not for much longer.

What I miss: Sleep.

What am I looking forward to: Looking forward to getting the crib (IL's are buying this for us) and getting it setup. Looking forward to finishing Jackson's room and getting things "to their place."

Milestones: "Baby can recognize and react to simple songs...time to start practicing your lullabies! In fact, baby will recognize frequently sung tunes after birth and probably find them soothing. Less cute news: She now urinates about one pint per day. Get the diapers ready." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 33 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Same as last week...haven't been keeping track here closer to the end.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Mostly still in regular clothes with the addition of my one pair of maternity pants.

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it the other 7 weeks without getting any ::fingers crossed::.

Sleep: I got a body pillow and have had it in the bed with me the last few nights, it seems to be helping with my sleep.

Best moment this week: Jackson was moving around like crazy last night and I started rubbing/tickling on whatever body part he was sticking out and he left it there. Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems to me like he was enjoying the attention.

Movement: All the time & mostly in my ribs.

Food Cravings: Sweet stuff. :(

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but probably not for much longer.

What I miss: This week...sleep.

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to getting my pre-registration at the hospital over with after my Dr's appointment on Friday.
Milestones: "Things are heating up inside as well: Baby may grow up to a full inch this week alone, and his brain is developing like crazy. Pretty soon, he'll be able to coordinate breathing with sucking and swallowing. Also, his bones are hardening, and he's started to keep his eyes open when he's awake." (from thebump.com)

Hopefully I'll get a picture to add before the end of the week.

How far along: 32 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: I've lost track with what the Dr. says and I haven't been weighing at home. This=Fail.

How big is baby: 15.2-16.7 inches, 2.5-3.2 lbs.; about the size of a squash.

Maternity Clothes: I can still wear a lot of my regular shirts, but most of my regular pants either just barely fit or don't fit at all anymore.

Stretch Marks: Still haven't seen or felt any for the time being.

Sleep: No better, no worse.

Best moment this week: Having the Dr point out the how Jackson is laying inside my tummy (where his butt, head, & feet are).

Movement: Way too much! He's moving all times of the day for what seems like hours on end.

Food Cravings: I haven't really been having any cravings here the last week or two but I do have more of a sweet tooth now where I didn't want any sweets in the beginning.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but not for too much longer.

What I miss: Lots of things.

What am I looking forward to: The next 8 weeks passing!

Milestones: "Ready or not, baby's getting ready to emerge. She's probably in the head-down position by now, with her bottom facing up. This is the comfiest way for her body to fit in your increasingly cramped womb and will make her eventual exit (only a few months away now!) much easier. (If she's still head-up, don't panic -- there's still time for a flip before birth.)." (from thebump.com) We've known that Jackson is head-down since my 30 week appointment, so yay!

Tuesday, March 29, 2011

How far along: 31 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: So far, the Dr says I've gained 10 lbs.

How big is baby: 15.2-16.7 inches; 2.5-3.8 lbs; about the size of an squash.

Maternity Clothes: I've been trying to decide whether to buy a bellaband or not instead of buying more maternity clothes. I'm pretty sure I'm leaning more toward getting a bellaband to convert my regular pants into something I can wear for the other 2.5 months of my pregnancy.

Stretch Marks: Still haven't seen or felt any for the time being.

Sleep: No better, no worse.

Best moment this week: I can't think of anything that has been the best this week (not yet anyway).

Movement: Jackson likes to kick me in the ribs a whole lot now that he's head down. I don't like it so much but if he's long/tall like his mama & daddy, I understand he needs to stretch his little legs out (this is my theory in dealing with some of his painful stretching kicks anyway).

Food Cravings: Still liking the fresh fruit and about 1/2 times a week I have days where I want anything I can get my hands on that's sweet.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie 7 I'm hoping to keep it that way.

What I miss: I miss the ease of movement (especially bending over) I had before Jackson started getting so big.

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to my every 2-week tummy checks, which will quickly turn into every week check-ups. I can't believe we're getting so close to having Jackson here in real life!

Milestones: "Baby's going through major brain and nerve development these days. His irises now react to light, and all five senses are in working order (he won't pick up anything from his nose until after birth, though -- smell is transferred through air, not amniotic fluid.)." (from thebump.com)

Wednesday, March 23, 2011

How far along: 30 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to add this one later.

How big is baby: 15.2-16.7 inches; 2.5-3.8 lbs; about the size of an squash.

Maternity Clothes: About the same as last week. Still have the 2 pair of normal pants I can wear but they're tight & I'm still wearing most of m regular shirts. My belly seems to be growing about an inch per week, so I'm sure I'll be out of my regular clothes in the next couple of weeks though.

Stretch Marks: None for the time being.

Sleep: No better, no worse.

Best moment this week: Finding out that Jackson is now head down! His daddy said, "Well, at least he's going to try and come out the right way!"

Movement: Most of the time. I think (although this is probably not true) the better questions would be no movement. He's back to moving A LOT around bed time.

Food Cravings: Back on the fruit (since my shower) and still on it.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was although it's still an innie.

What I miss: I miss my before baby body (with no daily aches/pains).

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to my next few visits. We're so close to having baby Jackson here in real life!

Milestones: "As baby's skin smoothes out, her brain just keeps getting more wrinkled. All those grooves and indentations increase surface area, meaning more room for that oh-so-essential brain tissue. She's also adding some brawn -- her grip is now strong enough to grasp a finger." (from thebump.com)

As usual, I'll try to add a picture later!

Monday, March 21, 2011

How far along: 29 weeks (last Tuesday; I forgot to post this one last week).

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to add this one later.

How big is baby: 15.2-16.7 inches; 2.5-3.8 lbs; about the size of an squash.

Maternity Clothes: I've been wearing my maternity pants more and more lately. My regular pants are starting to get a wee bit too tight to be comfortable in all day at work, so I'm wearing them less and less these days.

Stretch Marks: I never did find the one that I thought was starting last week (thank goodness) so I'm back to having none for the time being.

Sleep: I elbowed the hubs in the face during my sleep last night which means I was getting some decent sleep :).

Best moment this week: Best moment this week was passing my 3-hr glucose tolerance test with no problems!

Movement: Jackson has started rubbing body parts across my entire belly now instead of just poking certain body parts out & pulling them back in. It's certainly a different feeling than what he was doing before but it all still makes me laugh when he's moving around so much.

Food Cravings: At my shower this weekend we had fruit (it was delicious) and eating it made me crave that again (remember my craving it way back at the beginning of my pregnancy?).

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was although it's still an innie.

What I miss: Sleeping through the night. This peeing thing is just out of control!

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to getting the furniture and some other things moved into Jackson's nursery (hopefully) this week. I can't wait for his room to start coming together.

Milestones: "Baby's energy is surging, thanks to white fat depositing beneath his skin. And since he's growing so fast (weight will triple by birth), things are getting kind of cramped in the womb. What all this means for you: Get ready for some more kicks and jabs to the ribs." (from thebump.com)

Wednesday, March 9, 2011

How far along: 28 weeks (yesterday).

Total Weight Gain: I'll add this later (if I can remember to weigh one morning this week).

How big is baby: 13.5-14.8 inches; 1.5-2.2 lbs; about the size of an eggplant (about the same as last week).

Maternity Clothes: In the last week I've gotten too big for 2 pair of my normal pants I had been wearing. I'm pretty confident that within the next week I'll also get too big to wear the last two pair of regular pants I've been wearing as well.

Stretch Marks: I think I saw the makings of a small one on the top of my belly the other night, but I've yet to see it again since then?

Sleep: Sleep...I miss the deep sleep I used to get. "Get used to it!" I know, it's only going to get worse before it gets better.

Best moment this week: I have my 28-week check-up this Friday.

Movement: Jackson kicked me so hard Monday night that I thought I would pee my pants. It didn't hurt, it was just so hard it shocked me and then I couldn't stop laughing about it.

Food Cravings: I haven't been craving anything special the last week or so.

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was although it's still an innie.

What I miss: RUNNING.

What am I looking forward to: I'm so excited about our first baby shower coming up next weekend!

Milestones: "Baby's lungs are mature enough that, if born right now, he has a pretty good chance of surviving (with help from medical technology). His skin is still pretty wrinkly (one byproduct of living in amniotic fluid) but will smoothen as fat continues to deposit." (from thebump.com)

Tuesday, March 1, 2011

How far along: 27 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: I finally remembered to weigh and I'm up 3.8 lbs from my start weight.

How big is baby: 13.6-14.8 inches; 1.5-2.2 lbs; about the size of an eggplant.

Maternity Clothes: Same as before. I'm thinking I'll be out of my 4 pair of normal pants that I've still been wearing in the next week or two though (which kind of makes me sad).

Stretch Marks: Still none yet.

Sleep: Sleep...I miss it. We'll leave it at that for now.

Best moment this week: Nothing new, but watching him move around in my tummy is very neat every time he does it.

Movement: Lots. He's getting more and more active and I'm jsut waiting for the time that the hubs gets to actually feel him moving instead of just feeling my stomach "vibrate."

Food Cravings: Sweets & milk!! VERY BAD, so I'm trying to be careful with how much sugar I'm taking in.

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was although it's still an innie.

What I miss: Being able to sleep on my stomach. Being able to put my socks & shoes on with no trouble.

What am I looking forward to: I can't wait to actually hold our little one instead of feeling him move inside of me all the time. I'm also very excited to get back to RUNNING and not have to do daily tasks around the belly :)

Milestones: "Baby's lungs are going through some major developments these days, which (combined with the opening of previously plugged nostrils) means he's now able to practice inhaling and exhaling. The lack of air in your womb means every "breath" is filled with amniotic fluid, but hey -- it's progress." (from thebump.com)

Tuesday, February 22, 2011

How far along: 26 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to remember to weigh sometime this week and add that later.

How big is baby: Size didn't change much in the last week. He's about 13.6-14.8 inches & 1.5-2.2 lbs; about the size of a eggplant.

Maternity Clothes: I love & wear my maternity sweaters frequently and I've still only wore one pair of my maternity pants since I can still wear my regular ones just fine.

Stretch Marks: Still none yet.

Sleep: This also didn't change much throughout the week. I'm still waking very easily during the night although most mornings I seem to be rested enough to make it through the day! I like little short naps as soon as I get home to help me make it through the rest of the evening.

Best moment this week: Getting to see Jackson move more when I'm laying in bed at night.

Movement: I notice that Jackson moves around a lot at night when I get settled into bed. I always try to eat a snack right before bed just to get him moving a little so I can watch him.

Food Cravings: Cherry Limeades from Sonic!!

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was although it's still an innie.

What I miss: I'm notm issing anything particular this week either.

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to getting Jackson's furniture put into his room and seeing what everything looks like all together! I'm also excited to start doing a little more decorating in his bursery.

Weekly Wisdom: I'm not a wisdom giving type person. :)

Milestones: "Baby's soaking up your antibodies, getting her immune system ready for life outside the womb. Eyes are forming, and she'll soon be practicing the blink...perfect for batting those freshly grown lashes." (from thebump.com)

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

How far along: 25 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: I haven't weighed since my Dr apt on Friday, so all I know is that I'm up 3 lbs from last months weight @ the Dr's office.

How big is baby: 13.6-14.8 inches & 1.5-2.2 lbs; about the size of a eggplant.

Maternity Clothes: I've been wearing the one maternity sweater that is SO comfy and 1 pair of my maternity pants when I don't have one of the four pair of regular pants I can still wear clean/ironed.

Stretch Marks: Still none yet.

Sleep: I'm still waking very easily during the night although most morning I seem to be rested enough to make it through the day! I like little short naps as soon as I get home to help me make it through the rest of the evening.

Best moment this week: Passing my glucose test (BARELY) and not having to deal with blood sugar testing for the rest of my pregnancy.

Movement: I notice that Jackson moves around a lot at night when I get settled into bed. I'm sure I notice it more then because I'm still and paying more attention that I do/can during the day at work.

Food Cravings: Cherry Limeades from Sonic!!

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: It continues to be less deep than it was.

What I miss: I don't miss anything particular this week.

What am I looking forward to: I have to keep this the same as last week: I'm looking forward to Jackson arriving so I can hold and snuggle with him!

Weekly Wisdom: I'm not a wisdom giving type person. :)

Milestones: "That oh-so-handy sense of equilibrium is kicking in, and baby's learning to distinguish right side up from upside down." (from thebump.com)

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
How far along: 24 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: Haven't checked at home but I've gained 3 or so lbs since I was there in January.

How big is baby: 10.5-11.8 inches & 12.7-20.8 oz (we know he's at least 14 oz and I'm sure bigger by now); about the size of a papaya.

Maternity Clothes: I've been wearing the one maternity sweater that is SO comfy and 1 pair of my maternity pants when I don't have one of the two pair of regular pants I can still wear clean/ironed.

Stretch Marks: Still none yet.

Sleep: I wake so easily anymore that when Jason turns over in the bed, I wake up. I thought that would be impossible for me, as much as I love sleep, but I see now that it's not!

Best moment this week: Getting to hear Jackson's heart rate at my 24 week belly check on Friday.

Movement: Jackson moves around a whole lot about 1.5/2 hours after I eat a meal. It's very rare that I don't feel him moving after a meal anymore.

Food Cravings: Popcorn, ice cream sometimes, and Cherry Limeades from Sonic!!

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Slowly but surely my innie is becoming more and more flat (I guess that's how you would describe it). It continues to be less deep than it was.

What I miss: I miss not feeling Jackson move after meals when he's sleepy or being lazy.

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking so forward to Jackson arriving so I can hold and snuggle with him!

Weekly Wisdom: I'm not sure how much wisdom this is, but I try to cherish every time I feel him moving inside.

Milestones: "Baby's skin is becoming more opaque as the fat starts to pack on. And, thanks to the formation of small capillaries, his newly thick skin is taking on a fresh pink glow." (from thebump.com)

Week 23

How far along: 23 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: When I checked on Friday I was back at my weight the day we found out we were pregnant.

How big is baby: 10.5-11.8 in & 12.7-20.8 oz (we know he's at least 14 oz if not bigger by now); about the size of a papaya.

Maternity Clothes: I've started wearing one of my sweaters the last week or so. I still haven't broke out the pants yet, I want to hold out on those as long as I can.

Stretch Marks: Still none just yet.

Sleep: Not to bad. I do sleep better when the hubs is at work and I can toss & turn all over the bed without knocking him out. Other nights I sleep very light and wake very easily, but I still get sleep.

Best moment this week: Getting to see Jackson moving inside. I hate that Jason was at work while it happened, but he got to see him move a little on Sunday afternoon.

Movement: Definitely saw some movement this past week! I was so giddy to see him moving around inside my tummy (Saturday evening). I thought I felt him moving around inside (at least what I think him moving feels like) so I decided to pull my shirt up and watch my belly. I started poking around on it and it wasn't to many pokes after that he was making my tummy protrude in different places. It was the most exciting thing that happened this week!

Food Cravings: No new cravings, but I'm still stuck on fresh fruit and starting to love eating ice cream too.

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Slowly but surely my innie is becoming more and more flat (I guess that's how you would describe it). It's less deep than it was.

What I miss: I'm not really sure what I miss this week. With the excitement of getting to see him move in my tummy, it just makes me so excited to be pregnant!

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to my appointment next Friday just to see what they say about our little boy!

Weekly Wisdom: Again, I don't really have anything profound to say this week. Lame, I know.

Milestones: "Baby's little face is fully formed...minus the baby fat, of course. The next task at hand for baby: sprouting two teeny-tiny nipples!" (from thebump.com)

I'll try to get a good (semi-dressed up) picture for you tonight/tomorrow.

Week 22
How far along: 22 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: I still haven't weighed myself but I'm sure I'm back to where i started if not over it a little.

How big is baby: 10.5-11.8 in & 12.7-20.8 oz (we know he's at least 14 oz if not bigger by now); about the size of a papaya.

Maternity Clothes: I finally decided to get some maternity clothes to have on had for when I wake up one morning and can't wear my other clothes. I got 2 paid of maternity dress pants, 2 sweaters, and 3 t-shirts (all on sale at JcPenny for $48!!!).

Stretch Marks: Still none just yet.

Sleep: Sleeping hasn't been to rough the past couple of weeks. If I get woke up (by the hubs coming in late or something) it's difficult to get myself back to sleep, but as long as I get in bed at a decent (early) hour, I usually feel well rested.

Best moment this week: Best moment this week has been watching my belly grow (it seems like by the day)! It's a different feeling know that there is a real person growing inside of me.

Movement: I'm thinking yes, but I'll play it safe and just stick with my 'maybe' till I can tell FOR SURE that I feel him moving around inside me!

Food Cravings: No new cravings, but I've been wanting pickles less and less lately. Fruit is still definitely a craving (I eat it at least 1/2 a day) and hearing someone talk about about ice cream makes me want to have some as well.

Labor Signs: Not that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still in!

What I miss: I'm going to miss wearing my long sleeve t-shirts here before too much longer. I've been wearing all of my more baggy/larger shirts the past few weeks now and they are starting to get very snug in the tummy area.

What am I looking forward to: I look forward to feeling Jackson moving inside of me and also having the hubs be able to feel him moving too!

Weekly Wisdom: Uhm...I'm not good at this weekly wisdom thing.

Milestones: "Baby's settling into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12 to 14 hours a day. It shouldn't be hard to figure out when -- just pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop." (from thebump.com)

Finally a picture where I'm not in my sluchy clothes! The hubs will be HAPPY!

Week 21
How far along: 21 weeks today.

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to remember to weight in the morning. I'm pretty sure I should go over my start weight this week, at least I feel like I should from everything I've been eating!
How big is baby: 14 ounces is what he weighed @ the Dr. on Friday :); about the size of of a banana.

Maternity Clothes: Nothing new, but I have started looking into some maternity clothes for church as I'm starting to get a little too big for them.

Stretch Marks: Nada.

Sleep: Not too bad other than waking easily during the night. I almost always feel well rested when I get up & get moving in the mornings now!

Best moment this week: Best moment this week was getting to see Jackson on the monitor and having the doctor find/see that everything looks just like it should!

Movement: I'm thinking yes, but I'll play it safe and just stick with my maybe till I can tell FOR SURE that I feel him moving around inside me!

Food Cravings: No new cravings other than pickles and fruit! I have started wanting ice cream more than usual, but only when I hear other people talk about eating/wanting it.

Labor Signs: None.

Belly button in or out: Still in!

What I miss: I can't think of anything that I miss, but I can say that I am son going to miss being able to put my socks on with such ease. It's started to get tricky already with my belly sticking out.

What am I looking forward to: I look forward to feeling Jackson moving inside of me and knowing for sure that it was him moving and not some other body function.

Weekly Wisdom: Seize the moment...great wisdom huh? :P

Milestones: "Baby's digestive system is busy creating meconium (a tarry black substance made of swallowed amniotic fluid, digestive secretion, and dead cells), which will fill the first diaper after birth. And, if baby is a girl, her womb is now stocked up with her lifetime supply of six million eggs (the number will drop to around one million by birth)." (from thebump.com)

Taken at work this morning because I was lazy & didn't take it last night!

Week 20!! Woo-hoo, I'm officially half way through the pregnancy now :)

How far along: 20 weeks…HALF WAY!!!

Total Weight Gain: I’ll need to weigh and add this later.

How big is baby: 6.5 in, 10.6 oz; about the size of a cantaloupe this week.

Maternity Clothes: No new clothes yet, but pretty soon I’ll have to start getting some.

Stretch Marks: Nada.

Sleep: This past week hasn’t been too bad in this area. I don’t sleep as sound as I used to, but I have been getting more sleep.

Best moment this week: Best moment this week was thinking that I felt the baby move. I’m not so positive that is what I felt, but I’m going to go with that and keep trying to feel him move more.

Movement: Maybe?! I’m starting to concentrate more on trying to feel him move, so hopefully next week I can post a for sure thing!

Food Cravings: No new cravings other than pickles and fruit! I haven’t had any good fruit in a few days so I’m going to stop this evening and pick some up.

Labor Signs: None.

Belly button in or out: Still in!

What I miss: I miss being able to RUN! I didn’t do it that often before, but I miss getting to go out and just run as much and as long as I wanted whenever I did feel like it.

What am I looking forward to: Our anatomy scan tomorrow. We did already find out that we’re having a precious little boy, but I can’t wait to find out that everything about him is growing/progressing as it should.

Weekly Wisdom: My wisdom for the week…I may have to think on this one; nothing is coming to me at the moment.

Milestones: "Baby gulps down several ounces of amniotic fluid every day, both for nutrition and to practice swallowing and digesting. And, these days, those taste buds actually work! Studies show that after birth, babies respond best to tastes they've already had via amniotic fluid. Meaning, think about what you'd like your future child to eat as you prepare your own lunch." (from thebump.com)

I have a picture on my camera to add if I can just remember to add it!
