How far along: 38 weeks (4 days); blogger has been down everytime I tried to do this.

Total Weight Gain: Around 25 pounds.

How big is baby: 18.9-20.9 inches, 6.2-9.2 pounds; about the size of a watermelon (according to the bump).
Maternity Clothes: My maternity dresses (from Target) are my most comfortable clothes right now. You can catch me wearing them at least once if not twice a week.

Stretch Marks: None on the belly still although I'm not holding my breath!

Sleep: Not much here the last couple of weeks.

Best moment this week: Finding out that I've started making some progress.

Movement: He's still moving around a good little bit! I can tell he's dropped some though because he's not up in my ribs moving around like he has been the last month or so.

Food Cravings: Ice cream!

Labor Signs: According to my Dr, I've made some progress. I'm 2cm dilated and 50% effaced.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but you can see it's starting to pop out through some of my clothes.

What I miss: I miss being able to get comfortable and sleeping throught the night.

What am I looking forward to: Looking forward to celebrating my one year wedding anniversary this weekend :).

Milestones: "The last bits of vernix caseosa (the white goo keeping baby's skin moist) and lanugo (downy hair) are slowly shedding into your amniotic fluid. Baby's head is about the same circumference as his abdomen, and his head could be covered in an inch or so of hair." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 37 weeks (6 days); blogger has been down everytime I tried to do this.

Total Weight Gain: Around 20 pounds.

Sleep: Non-existent it seems, althogh I'm resting enough to work my normal schedule.

Best moment this week: This is a tough one...

Movement: He's still moving around a good little bit! I can tell he's dropped some though because he's not up in my ribs moving around like he has been the last month or so.

Food Cravings: Ice cream!

Labor Signs: No real labor signs just yet.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but you can see it's starting to pop out through some of my clothes.

What I miss: I miss being able to get comfortable and sleeping throught the night.

What am I looking forward to: Certainly looking forward to having a baby to hold in my arms instead of toting himaround in my belly.

Milestones: "Your full-term (yay!) baby is gaining about 1/2 ounce a day and getting his first sticky poop (called meconium) ready. He's also brushing up on skills for the outside world: blinking, sucking, inhaling, exhaling, and gripping (it's getting strong!)." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 36 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Going on 15-20 pounds. I've really packed on the weight here the last few months.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew (according to the bump). My Dr is guessing he's around 7 lbs at this point.

Maternity Clothes: My maternity dresses (from Target) are my most comfortable clothes right now. You can catch me wearing them at least once if not twice a week now.

Stretch Marks: None on the belly!

Sleep: I get the best sleep when the hubs is at work and I get the entire bed to toss/turn/roll around in throughout the night.
Best moment this week: Finding out from my Dr that I've been having some contractions and that my cervix is starting to thin out.

Movement: Like crazy and he's still mostly moving up in/around my ribs!

Food Cravings: Ice Cream & honeydew melon (funny since that's what thebump compares his size too right now).

Labor Signs: Braxton Hicks contractions (although they aren't really labor signs) are being felt often and according to the Dr my cervix is starting to thin out which eventually leads me to labor.

Belly button in or out: Still barely an innie.

What I miss: Sleep and a back that doesn't ache so badly.

What am I looking forward to: Having this little boy on the outside of my body instead of on the inside.

Milestones: "Baby's skin is getting smooth and soft, her gums are rigid, her liver and kidneys are in working order, and her circulation and immune system are basically good to go. Her lungs are the only organs that still need to fully mature, but every day she gets a little closer to breathing on her own." (from thebump.com)

A picture to come later (hopefully).

How far along: 35 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: I'll try to ask/look at my chart at my appointment Friday.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Still wearing mostly my normal clothes. I've purchased two maternity dresses from Target that are my most comfortable wardrobe pieces that I would live in if I could.

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it to the end.

Sleep: I still sleep (on most of the bed) OK with my body pillow. My husband is not complaining one bit about me taking up the majority of the bed with my big belly and all my pillows; he's a trooper!

Best moment this week: I have my 36-wk appointment on Friday...looking forward to what they tell me.

Movement: I don't think he ever stops moving. his favorite place = my ribs! :)

Food Cravings: ICE CREAM. Plain vanilla please & preferably in a waffle cone!

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: I'm hoping to keep it as an innie until the end, but it's so close to becoming an outtie, I'm not really keeping my hopes up.

What I miss: Sleep.

What am I looking forward to: Still waiting on the crib & for the hubs to put shelves up in Jackson's closet so I can start putting away all the clothes I've been washing.

Milestones: "From now on, baby's growth is mostly in the plumping up department -- though he won't get much longer, he'll put on a pound or more of baby fat before birth. (He's about 15 percent right now and will be about 30 percent by full-term.) His hearing is totally developed (tip: baby responds best to higher pitches), and if he really is a "he," his testes have probably completed their descent." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 34 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Haven't been keeping track here closer to the end.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Still wearing mostly my regular clothes (shirts at least) and I've started wearing my maternity pants weekly now (along with my regular pants that I keep waiting to get too small).

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it the other 6 weeks without getting any ::fingers crossed::.

Sleep: My body pillow still seems to be helping with my sleep.

Best moment this week: Nothing great stands out so far this week.

Movement: All the time & mostly in my ribs.

Food Cravings: Craving me some ice cream now that the weather is getting warmer as well as still wanting fresh fruit.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but probably not for much longer.

What I miss: Sleep.

What am I looking forward to: Looking forward to getting the crib (IL's are buying this for us) and getting it setup. Looking forward to finishing Jackson's room and getting things "to their place."

Milestones: "Baby can recognize and react to simple songs...time to start practicing your lullabies! In fact, baby will recognize frequently sung tunes after birth and probably find them soothing. Less cute news: She now urinates about one pint per day. Get the diapers ready." (from thebump.com)

How far along: 33 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: Same as last week...haven't been keeping track here closer to the end.

How big is baby: 17.2-18.7 inches, 4.2-5.8 pounds; about the size of a honeydew.

Maternity Clothes: Mostly still in regular clothes with the addition of my one pair of maternity pants.

Stretch Marks: If I've made it this long without getting any, hopefully I can make it the other 7 weeks without getting any ::fingers crossed::.

Sleep: I got a body pillow and have had it in the bed with me the last few nights, it seems to be helping with my sleep.

Best moment this week: Jackson was moving around like crazy last night and I started rubbing/tickling on whatever body part he was sticking out and he left it there. Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems to me like he was enjoying the attention.

Movement: All the time & mostly in my ribs.

Food Cravings: Sweet stuff. :(

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but probably not for much longer.

What I miss: This week...sleep.

What am I looking forward to: I'm looking forward to getting my pre-registration at the hospital over with after my Dr's appointment on Friday.
Milestones: "Things are heating up inside as well: Baby may grow up to a full inch this week alone, and his brain is developing like crazy. Pretty soon, he'll be able to coordinate breathing with sucking and swallowing. Also, his bones are hardening, and he's started to keep his eyes open when he's awake." (from thebump.com)

Hopefully I'll get a picture to add before the end of the week.

How far along: 32 weeks.

Total Weight Gain: I've lost track with what the Dr. says and I haven't been weighing at home. This=Fail.

How big is baby: 15.2-16.7 inches, 2.5-3.2 lbs.; about the size of a squash.

Maternity Clothes: I can still wear a lot of my regular shirts, but most of my regular pants either just barely fit or don't fit at all anymore.

Stretch Marks: Still haven't seen or felt any for the time being.

Sleep: No better, no worse.

Best moment this week: Having the Dr point out the how Jackson is laying inside my tummy (where his butt, head, & feet are).

Movement: Way too much! He's moving all times of the day for what seems like hours on end.

Food Cravings: I haven't really been having any cravings here the last week or two but I do have more of a sweet tooth now where I didn't want any sweets in the beginning.

Labor Signs: None that I know of.

Belly button in or out: Still an innie but not for too much longer.

What I miss: Lots of things.

What am I looking forward to: The next 8 weeks passing!

Milestones: "Ready or not, baby's getting ready to emerge. She's probably in the head-down position by now, with her bottom facing up. This is the comfiest way for her body to fit in your increasingly cramped womb and will make her eventual exit (only a few months away now!) much easier. (If she's still head-up, don't panic -- there's still time for a flip before birth.)." (from thebump.com) We've known that Jackson is head-down since my 30 week appointment, so yay!
